Wasserman Center for Career Development
The Graduate Student Career Development Team at the Wasserman Center provides specialized career resources to meet the needs of NYU graduate students. Career Coaching appointments are also offered at the GSAS Office of Academic and Student Affairs.

The Department of Campus Safety is committed to providing safety and security for our community and property, enabling the pursuit of academic and professional goals.
NYU Counseling and Wellness Services (CWS)
CWS offers varying forms of counseling, wellness workshops, referrals to long-term services, and long-term psychiatric medication services on-site. Except for psychiatry services, all counseling services are provided at no cost.
NYU Immigrant Defense Initiative
The NYU Immigrant Immigrant Defense Initiative (IDI) serves the immigration-related legal needs of NYU students and their immediate family members. IDI provides free, confidential legal consultations and representation before immigration court and agencies.
NYU International Student Support Initiative (ISSI)
The International Student Support Initiative (ISSI) is a centralized, coordinated, and comprehensive hub for NYU’s international student community.
NYU Moses Center for Student Accessibility
The Moses Center works with NYU students to determine appropriate and reasonable accommodations that support equal access to the learning environment.
NYU Miltary and Veteran Students
NYU is committed to providing an environment for veterans to pursue their academic and personal goals, explore learning experiences, and be involved in campus life.
NYU Office of Equal Opportunity
The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) mission is to promote and support the University's commitment to creating and fostering an inclusive and diverse communits. Students can utilize this office when facing discrimination or inequities.
NYU Office of Global Services
The Office of Global Services (OGS) is the resource at NYU for immigration and visa questions. They advise on immigration regulations in the US and visas needed outside of the US for NYU purposes.
NYU Student Emergency Fund
The Student Emergency Fund assists NYU students by providing financial support when they need assistance with unexpected and unavoidable emergency expenses or need for immediate short-term housing.
FOOD ACCESS
NYU Courtesy Meals
This short-term, emergency resource is for students facing an unexpected financial situation and are unable to afford meals or groceries. Courtesy Meals are accepted at our NYC campus only. Questions can be directed to nyucourtesymeals@nyu.edu.

$3-$5 meals offered across campus - pre-order on Grubhub or pick up at each location.
ShareMeals
ShareMeals is an app built by an NYU student and a website where students can learn about free food and share meal swipes.
Swipe It Forward
Swipe it Forward is an Student Government Assembly run program whose mission is to combat food insecurity using donated meal swipes at varying NYU dining locations.
Bringing Food from Home
The Center for Student Life (Kimmel Center, 7th floor), Bobst Library (Lower Level 1), and The Commuter Den (33 Washington Square West, lower level) offer tools such as microwaves, refrigerators, and sinks.

NYU Athletics
Students and athletes at NYU can engage in sports and fitness in various ways including group fitness classes, wellness resources, and skill workshops.
NYU Counseling and Wellness
The Counseling and Wellness Services (CWS) can help with any mental health concerns you might experience. They offer varying forms of counseling, workshops, and recovery services.
NYU Moses Center for Student Accessibility (CSA)
The Moses Center for Student Accessibility (CSA) works with NYU students to implement reasonable accommodations as well as access available resources to support equal access to a world-class education.
NYU Nutrition Services
Enjoying food, balancing choices, restoring healthy behaviors in a non-judgmental space is the foundation of Nutrition services. Services include counseling from a Registered Dietitian.
NYU Student Health Center
The Student Health Center (SHC) offers medical, counseling, health promotion, accessibility accommodations, and pharmacy services. All matriculated students in a degree-granting program have access to the SHC, regardless of insurance.
NYU Wellness Exchange
The Wellness Exchange is your greatest mental health resource at NYU. Speak with a certified counselor about any day-to-day challenges you are facing over a range of issues. College Student Pantry
Any NYC college student, graduate or undergraduate, is eligible to use this food pantry.
FoodPantries.org
This resource can help you connect to local food pantries, soup kitchens, food shelves, and other food help. They also gather government and non-profit subsidized grocery resources and display pantry hours, details, websites, and other helpful information.
Make the Road New York
Make the Road New York builds the power of immigrant and working-class communities to achieve dignity and justice. The organization offers education, health, and legal services, and a variety of programs open to immigrant New Yorkers.
SNAP Benefits
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a federally funded nutrition assistance program. For more information on eligibility requirements and SNAP State Directory Resources, visit the USDA Food and Nutrition Service site. At the Wellness Exchange, students can receive assistance with connecting to governmental resources such as SNAP benefits.
