The
Office of Housing and Residence Life, located at 8 Washington Place, registers students for any of the 11 meal plans, including kosher plans.
Certain residence halls require that students subscribe to a meal plan. All meal plans are available to commuting students.
Most meal plans are a two-part package: a Weekly Meal Allowance and a Declining Dollars amount. The Weekly Meal Allowance provides all-you-care-to-eat dining at Hayden, Rubin, University Hall, and Weinstein dining rooms and at the Courtyard Café at Third Avenue North. Kosher meal plan members may use the Weekly Meal Allowance at the Washington Square Kosher Deli as well as at the other dining rooms mentioned. The Declining Dollars is a debit account included in the plan. Declining Dollars can be used at Founders Café; the Night Court at Weinstein snack bar; Violet Café; University Hall Café; and, for extra meals and snacks, the resident dining rooms.
