Before submitting your final dissertation, check it against the these guidelines. Please be advised that if your dissertation does not conform to the guidelines, your dissertation will not be accepted. No exceptions or extensions will be made.

Ph.D Packet Cover Memo
The cover memos for the Ph.D. packet for
September 2009,
January 2010 and
May 2010 PhD degree conferrals provide the submission
deadlines and necessary details for submitting dissertations to the GSAS
Office of Academic and Student Life. The individual forms below make up
the Ph.D. packet. The Ph.D. packet includes forms for the student and the
student's advisor to complete. Students must click on each item, print
each, fill them out and submit the hard copy GSAS Office of Academic and
Student Life at One-half Fifth Avenue, Garden Level, between Washington
Square North and Washington Mews by the deadlines. Questions, you may
