Download the 2008 GSAS Application

You can apply to the Graduate School of Arts and Science online. Applying online allows you to submit most of your application materials via the internet, pay your application fee by credit card, and use online letters of recommendation. The Graduate School prefers that applicants file the application online.

If you prefer to submit your application by mail, you can download the Application for Admission and Financial Aid directly to your computer in Adobe Acrobat format. Please note that the Ph.D. program in Computer Science and all Computational Biology programs no longer accept paper applications. You must use the online application to apply to these programs.

The application will not be mailed to you. If you would prefer to have a copy of the application mailed to you, you can request delivery by regular mail.

New York University has several other graduate schools. If you do not see the program you are interested in, you may wish to check other schools at NYU.
